The Sturgeon fish starts the size of a mustard seed, it grows to 15 feet in length,
weighs a tonne or more, lives for +100 years. It lays its eggs in salt or fresh water. It is the
oldest fish fossil in mankind and has never changed its structure in all those years but has
survived through out changes in our world by continually adapting to its environment.
